The Annual General Meeting will take place on 30th June at 2pm.
The well-being and safety of Shareholders and service providers is a primary concern for the directors of the Company. Under normal circumstances the Board would encourage Shareholders to attend the Company’s Annual General Meeting, however, in light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Company recommends that Shareholders carefully consider whether it is appropriate to attend the meeting in person.
The meeting will be broadcast via webcast, and as such, Shareholders can join the meeting online by registering here before the event.
